Structural features, performance, scope of application

The single-row four-point contact ball slewing ring is composed of two seat rings, compact structure, light weight, four-point contact between the steel ball and the arc raceway, and can receive axial force, radial force and tilting moment at the same time. The bolt tightening method is in accordance with the rules of the host, and a certain pre-tightening force should be guaranteed. Unless special rules, the general pre-tightening force is 0.7 times the bolt limit. A small amount of oil is allowed to be applied to the thread when tightening.

1. Check whether the rotation is flexible as scheduled. If noise or impact is found, stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot, and disassemble and inspect if necessary.

2. Check whether the rotary gear ring is cracked or damaged as scheduled, and whether the meshing tooth surface has biting, gnawing, peeling, etc.

3. Check the sealing condition as scheduled. If the sealing tape is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time. If it is found to be off, it should be reset in time. The tooth surface of the lubricating slewing ring has been coated with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. The useful period of this anti-rust is generally 3 to 6 months. After the useful period, the anti-rust oil should be coated in time.

1. The gear circumferential force in the table is a large circumferential force, and the extra circumferential force is 1/2.

2. The topping coefficient of external teeth is 0.1.
