Single-row four-point contact ball swivel support (01 series)

Double-row reducing ball swivel support (02 series)

The double-row ball-type slewing support has three seat rings, and the steel balls and spacers can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceways. According to the force, the upper and lower rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged. This kind of open device is very convenient. The load-bearing angle of the upper and lower arc raceways is 90°, which can accept a large axial force and tilting moment. When the radial force is greater than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially planned. The axial and radial dimensions of the double-row reducing ball slewing support are relatively large, and the structure is tight. It is especially suitable for loading and unloading machinery such as tower cranes and car cranes that require medium or larger diameters.

Single-row interspersed roller slewing support (11 series)

Single-row interspersed roller slewing support, composed of two seat rings, compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing accuracy, small device clearance, high requirements for device accuracy, rollers are arranged in a 1:1 interspersed arrangement, which can accept the axial direction together Force, tipping moment and large radial force, are widely used in lifting and transportation, construction machinery and military products

The three-row roller slewing support has three races, and the upper, lower and radial raceways are separated, so that the load of each row of rollers can be determined appropriately. It can accept various loads together. It is one of the four products with larger bearing capacity. The shaft and radial dimensions are larger, and the structure is firm. It is especially suitable for heavy machinery requiring larger diameters, such as bucket wheel excavators, Wheeled cranes, ship cranes, port cranes, molten steel running platforms and large-tonnage car cranes and other machinery.

The light slewing support has the same structure as the general slewing support, with light weight and sensitive rolling. It is widely used in food machinery, filling machinery and environmental protection machinery and other fields.

Mainly used in car cranes, tower cranes, excavators, pile drivers, engineering vehicles, radar scanning equipment and other machinery that receive the effects of tipping moment, vertical axial force, and horizontal inclination force.

Single-row interspersed roller-type slewing support, composed of two seat rings, compact structure, high manufacturing accuracy, small device clearance, and high requirements for device accuracy. The rollers are arranged in a 1:1 interspersed arrangement and can receive axial force and tilt together. The turning moment and large radial force are widely used in transportation, construction machinery and military products.
