1. When receiving the product, it should be filled with new grease from the beginning according to different operating conditions.
2. The slewing support should be filled with grease regularly. According to different types of slewing support, the specific time for adding grease is as follows: a: Ball type: Grease is added once every 100 hours of operation;
b: Roller type: add grease every 50 hours of operation;
In special operating environment, such as: tropical, high temperature, heavy dust and continuous operation, the grease filling cycle should be shortened, and the grease should be filled once every 50 hours of operation; when the gear is in normal operation, it should be changed and washed every 150 hours of operation. When working intensively, the detergent should be changed every 75 hours of work. Note that it is necessary to wipe the teeth clean before changing the detergent. It is also necessary to refill the new grease before and after the long-term blocking operation of the machine. It is necessary to fill the raceway with overflow each time the grease is added until it overflows from the sealing device. When filling the grease, gradually transfer the swivel support , So that the grease is evenly filled in the raceway.
3. The sundries on the rotating support surface should be removed frequently during the application process, and check whether the rotating support sealing strip is aging, cracked, damaged or detached. If one of these conditions occurs, the sealing strip should be replaced in time to prevent debris from entering the raceway. If the grease is lost, the corresponding grease should be changed after replacement to prevent the rolling body and raceway from jamming or rusting.
4. Because there are many comprehensive factors in the application process, the user can choose the grease according to the specific situation. For example, the raceway can use: No. 3, No. 4 graphite grease, industrial grease, No. 203 grease, No. 7002 High and low temperature bearing grease and No. 2 aluminum base grease, etc.
The pre-tightening force of the bolts should be checked after 100 hours of initial operation from the installation of the swivel support, and every 500 hours of work in the future, it is necessary to maintain sufficient pre-tightening force.
5. After the equipment has been operated for 2000 hours, if a bolt is found to be loose below 80% of the regular torque, the bolt and two adjacent bolts shall be replaced with new ones; if 20% of the bolts are found to be loose to 80% of the regular torque Below, all bolts are replaced with new ones. After the cumulative operation of the equipment reaches 14,000 hours, all bolts are replaced with new ones (recommendation: after the first two to four months of operation, the reinforcements should be consolidated from the beginning, and then transition to an annual systematic review).
6. In operation, pay close attention to the operating conditions of the slewing support. If you find that the noise, impact, or power suddenly increases, you should immediately stop and check until all the faults are eliminated, and you need to disassemble and check if necessary.
7. During the use of the rotating support, prevent water from directly washing the rotating support to prevent water from entering the raceway to form rust; beware of harder foreign objects approaching or entering the meshing area to avoid tooth injury or unnecessary trouble.
