1. The newly designed slewing bearing is not sensitive. The slewing bearing may not work properly due to the cold weather, mixed with impurities such as smoke. How do we identify this problem? When we work hard, if it works normally, it means there can be no other problems.

2. The structural stiffness of the turntable of the slewing bearing. When we choose the slewing bearing, we must pay attention to whether the transmission turntable is cylindrical with large rigidity, so as to be able to bear the larger load evenly.

3. The installation support of the slewing ring The installation support of the slewing ring must have sufficient rigidity and the installation plane must be complete. There are many problems in the development of the slewing ring. The details of the problem are still waiting for us to discover And improve.

After the diesel engine burns and holds the axle, use the following method to replace the axle, and if necessary, grind the axle. This method is simple and easy to implement, no need to disassemble the cylinder head and piston connecting rod group, no need to adjust the valve clearance, saving time and effort.

(1) If the crankshaft cannot rotate, first remove the transmission belt on the flywheel, pry the flywheel nut lock plate, put the special wrench for disassembling the flywheel on the flywheel nut, tap the handle of the wrench clockwise with a hand hammer, and the flywheel will do scroll.

(2) Remove the gear chamber cover, gear and rear cover, unscrew the flywheel nut, and pull out the flywheel.

(3) Use an elbow socket wrench to unscrew the connecting rod screw, roll the crankshaft to make the piston at the top dead center after the slewing bearing is decompressed, remove the main bearing cover screw, push out the main bearing cover, and unscrew the connecting rod screw at the rear cover , Take out the connecting rod cover, pull out the crankshaft from the side of the machine, and fasten it with iron wire through the screw on the big end of the connecting rod.

(4) Decide how to repair according to the corrosion condition of the crankshaft journal, and match the bushes accordingly.

(5) After installing the main bearing bush, install the crankshaft, roll the crankshaft to make the crank backward, and pull the wire tied to the connecting rod to move the piston and connecting rod assembly to the bottom dead center until the big end of the connecting rod and the connecting rod journal fit. Insert the upper tile between the connecting rod and the journal from the rear, and press the lower tile into the connecting rod cover, then screw in the connecting rod screw by hand, and then install the main bearing cover.
