The positioner is mainly composed of a work table, a slewing mechanism, a turning mechanism, a conductive device, a frame and an electric control box. The positioner is a special welding auxiliary equipment, which is suitable for the welding displacement of the rotary operation to obtain the ideal processing orientation and welding speed. It can be used with manipulators and welding machines to form an active welding center. It can also be used for workpiece displacement during manual work. 2. Type and standard of slewing bearing used on positioner
The type of slewing bearing used on the positioner needs to be selected according to the detailed operating conditions.
1. When the slewing bearing leaves the factory, there is a small number of No. 2 extreme pressure lithium-based smooth grease coated in the track. When it is used, it should be filled with new smooth grease according to different operating conditions.
2. The slewing bearing raceway should be filled with smooth grease regularly. Generally, ball bearings are refueled every 100 hours of work, and roller bearings are refueled every 50 hours. In special operating environments, such as tropical, high humidity, dust, large temperature differences, and continuous operation, the smoothing cycle should be shortened. Before and after the machine stops working for a long time, new grease must be added. The raceway must be filled with smooth grease every time it is smoothed until it leaks from the sealing belt. When the smooth grease is injected, the slewing bearing must be gradually rolled to make the smooth grease filled evenly.
3. The tooth surface should be removed frequently and coated with corresponding smooth grease.
4. There should be many factors for comprehensive operation. Users can also choose suitable smooth grease according to detailed requirements. For example, smooth grease can be used for raceways.
5. The pre-tightening force of the bolts should be checked after the first 100 hours of work for the slewing ring, and the pre-tightening force must be checked every 500 hours in the future.
6. Pay attention to the working conditions of the slewing bearing during use. If noise, impact, or power suddenly increase, stop the machine immediately for inspection, troubleshoot the fault, and disassemble and inspect if necessary.
7. During use, stop water directly washing the slewing bearing to prevent water from entering the raceway, and prevent hard foreign objects from approaching or entering the tooth meshing area.
8. Always check the integrity of the seal. If the sealed bag is found to be broken, it should be replaced in time, and if it is found to be dropped, it should be reset in time.
