1. The reversing support is rolled into a small amount of No. 2 extreme pressure lithium-based grease (GB/T7324-1994) when it leaves the factory. The user should fill with new grease from the beginning according to different operating conditions.
2. The reversing support raceway should be filled with smooth grease regularly. Generally, ball bearings are refueled every 100 hours of operation, and roller bearings are refueled every 50 hours. In special operating environments, such as tropical, high humidity, dusty, large temperature differences, and continuous operations, the smoothing cycle should be shortened. When the machine stops working for a long time, new lubricating grease needs to be added before and after it. It is necessary to fill the raceway with smooth grease every time it is smooth, until it seeps out from the sealing belt. When filling the grease, slowly rotate the inverted support to make the grease evenly filled.
3. The tooth surface should be cleaned frequently and should be coated with corresponding smooth grease.
4. If there are many comprehensive operating factors, we can also choose according to specific requirements and choose a more suitable smooth grease. For example, the raceway can use Mobilux EP 2, Shell Alvania EP(LP) 2 smooth grease.
5. The pre-tightening force of the bolts should be checked after the first 100 hours of operation of the slewing bearing, and it can be checked every 500 hours of operation thereafter, but sufficient pre-tightening force must be maintained.
6. Pay attention to the operating conditions of the reversal support during use. If noise, impact, and power suddenly increase, you need to stop the machine immediately for checking, troubleshooting, and dismantling if necessary.
7. It is forbidden to directly flush the reversing support with water during use to prevent water from entering the raceway. Strictly prevent hard foreign objects from approaching or entering the tooth meshing area.
8. Check the sealing condition frequently, and replace the sealed bag in time if it is found to be damaged.
