The reversal support is generally active and smooth now, but most of it is still artificially added with lubricating grease. The external gear type has an oil hole on the inner ring or flat surface, and the lubricating grease is filled with a grease gun. The internal gear type has oil holes on the outer ring or flat surface. Regardless of whether the front and back teeth are greased depending on the operating conditions, the gear parts must be greased.
Most customers have some misunderstandings in the maintenance of the reversing support. They believe that the smooth oil of the reversing support and the smoothing cycle of the large and small arms are the same, and they should be applied every day. In fact, this approach is wrong. If the smoothing period is too short, the smooth oil in the bearing will be used too much, and then the dust ring will leak out.
In special circumstances, such as tropical weather, high humidity, dust, and large temperature differences, the smoothing cycle should be shortened during successive operations. Some new smoothing grease must be added before and after the machine is suspended for a long time. Each time it is smooth, the raceway should Fill it with grease until it stops leaking from the sealing tape.
