How to maintain the slewing bearing during use?
The slewing bearing is coated with a small amount of No. 2 extreme pressure lithium grease (GB7324-1944) in the raceway when it leaves the factory.
Under normal conditions, the slewing bearing should be lubricated every 60 hours of operation. In tropical areas, areas with high humidity, dust, large temperature changes, and continuous operation, the lubrication frequency should be increased, and the machine must also be lubricated before and after long-term shutdown. With fresh grease, slowly rotate the slewing ring when filling the grease to make the grease evenly filled.
The tooth surface should be regularly replaced with grease according to the working environment.
After the slewing ring has been running for 100 hours, the nut pre-tightening force should be checked. Generally, it should be checked every 500 hours of operation. Sufficient pre-tightening force must be maintained. Under normal circumstances, the bolts should be replaced every 7 years or after 14,000 hours of operation.
Pay attention to the operating conditions of the slewing bearing during use. If noise, impact, or sudden power increase is found, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection, troubleshooting, and disassembly and inspection if necessary.
During use, try to prevent the slewing ring from being exposed to direct sunlight. It is forbidden to directly wash the slewing ring with water to prevent water from entering the raceway, and prevent hard objects from approaching or entering the tooth meshing area.
Check the integrity of the sealing ring frequently. If the sealing belt is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time. If it is off, it should be returned to its place in time.
