1. Product composition of rotary drive

3. Explanation of operation and maintenance of rotary drive

1. Protect, view and smooth

3.1.1 View device bolts

After the initial assembly is used for about 100 hours, it is necessary to re-tighten the bolts to the specified tightening torque; this inspection needs to be performed once a year. Under special operating conditions, the number of views is relatively reduced. After the bolts are loosened, please replace all bolts, nuts and washers immediately.

3.1.2 The smoothness of the rotary reducer:

The important parts of the product have been smoothed before leaving the factory. We recommend that you decide whether to add smooth ester according to the actual situation.

l The slewing bearing raceway has been filled with smooth grease before leaving the factory;

l At the meshing point of the worm and the slewing bearing, it is necessary to refill the lubricating grease before use;

l Cleaning the device bracket to remove welding slag, zinc plating residue, etc.;

l Fix the bracket and the rotary reducer with bolts, and a flat washer should be provided at the bolt head;

l The rotary reducer should be installed under no load.

7.1. Please observe the following procedures to avoid internal stress and device problems during bolt tightening.

l Add thread fastening glue to the thread;

l Pre-tightening bolts and washers should be interspersed and tightened; the tightening sequence of bolts is shown in the figure below; starting from the inner ring or outer ring, all bolts are tightened diagonally to 30% tightening torque, and then repeated diagonally to 50% Tightening torque, tighten diagonally after the last to 100% tightening torque.

l The bolts of the device shall be installed on top of each other without missing installation. If the bolts cannot be installed due to structural constraints, the bolt holes must be sealed. If filled with silica gel, water and dust will leak into the rotary reducer;

l The thread engagement length should be considered for the bolts of the device, and it should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the rotation of the slewing ring or cause interference; after the bolts are tightened, please mark the bolt head and its connection as a symbol, which is convenient for checking whether the bolt is loose in the future;

7.2 Touch-up

In the process of rotary reducer device. It is inevitable that the exterior paint will be damaged by bumps. Therefore, after the system is assembled, the rotary reducer needs to be painted to improve the rust and corrosion resistance.
