When designing the process, the main program needs to be carried out from the starting point, and other subroutines are needed in the process of processing multi-head worm gears, so that the integrity of the entire process can be guaranteed. Generally, finish turning is performed after rough turning. The speed of the lathe is selected as 10 RPM. During the machining process, the accuracy of the axial tooth thickness and the surface roughness of the tooth side must be recognized. After the rough turning of the left and right cutting method, you can see the gap of the blade between the spaced blades on both sides of the tooth. The recognition of the starting point of the fine turning can be adjusted to a certain extent based on the fault of the tool to prevent the phenomenon of empty cutting. After the positioning of the main program for finishing, the left side surface of the worm gear is processed strictly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant drawings. Assuming that the main program requires secondary positioning, the thickness of the worm gear and the roughness of the right side surface must be guaranteed. In addition, the addition of cutting fluid can advance the cutting power to a certain extent and improve the quality of tooth surface processing.
