1. The slewing bearing smooth method adopts the dry oil station to gather and smooth, because the refueling pipeline is long and the pipe diameter is small to ensure that the oil path is unblocked, and the slewing bearing raceway and rollers are not smooth.

2. The smooth condition is poor and the sealing condition is not ideal. Coal powder enters the raceway to form sludge, which blocks the oil passage and oil injection hole. At the same time, there are dot and ring wear marks on the roller contact part.

3. The slewing ring often works under low-speed and large-load conditions, and its bearing capacity is very large. At present, the slewing bearing of small-tonnage cranes has smaller contact stress than that of large-tonnage cranes, and the practical safety factor is higher. The larger the tonnage of the crane, the larger the diameter of the slewing ring and the lower the manufacturing accuracy. In practice, the safety factor is lower. This is the fundamental reason why the slewing ring of a large tonnage crane is easier to damage than a small tonnage crane. Increasing load improperly handles the gap between accessories, and conflicts increase. The decrease in accuracy leads to rough and fragile contact surfaces, and it is easier to conflict in relative sliding.
