After 2000 hours of accumulated operation, if a bolt is found to be loose below 80% of the regular torque, the bolt and the two adjacent bolts must be replaced. If it is found that 20% of the bolts are loosened to less than 80% of the regular torque, all bolts must be replaced with new ones.
After the equipment has accumulated 14,000 hours of operation, all bolts must be replaced with new ones to ensure its useful operation. For equipment with high reversal speed or continuous reversal or frequent operation, refueling once every 100 operating hours. In the case of bad working conditions, it is necessary to further shorten the time distance of filling smooth grease.
In many cases, it greatly reduces the necessary cost and workload in adjacent structural design and bearing installation.
